My Go to Recipe.

Garlic Fettuccine 

12 garlic cloves (sliced not crushed)
1/4 cup Parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese or asiago (because we just eat local, we use Aggie asiago)
 Lemon pepper to taste

Optional 1/2 lb shrimp or Spinach (We use spinach, again Shrimp isn't local)


Boil water in a pot and add the pasta
Heat Olive oil in a pan and add the sliced garlic until brown and the take out and set aside.


Once the pasta is el' dente, put in pan with the olive oil heat pan to low and toss. Start adding spinach, parsley and garlic. Now the cheese, keep tossing until cheese is melted. Add lemon pepper to taste.

Serves 4-6
